Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and the services provided by Iron Hill Group Limited (trading as Iron Hill Marrakech).

By requesting a quotation, making a booking, paying an invoice or otherwise engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, and understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

​

Service

Iron Hill Marrakech provides travel planning, tours, excursions, airport transfers, vehicle hire, accommodation bookings, concierge services and related travel experiences throughout Marrakech.

 

Many experiences are delivered by carefully selected independent third-party suppliers.​ 

​

All services are subject to supplier availability, operational requirements and a written quotation, invoice or booking confirmation.

​

Quotations

All booking are subject to a formal written quotation and/or invoice issued by Iron Hill Marrakech.

​

• Are based on supplier pricing, exchange rates and availability at the time of issue.

• Are valid for the period stated on the quotation or invoice unless otherwise specified.

• Do not guarantee supplier pricing or availability until bookings have been confirmed.

• May be revised where supplier pricing, exchange rates, availability, group size, itinerary or requested services change before bookings are confirmed.

• Exclude any services not expressly detailed within the quotation or invoice.

• Are subject to these Terms & Conditions upon acceptance.

 

Bookings

A booking is not confirmed until:

​

• Payment has been received in accordance with the quotation and/or invoice.

• Cleared funds have been received.

• Reservations have been successfully secured with the relevant supplier(s).

• A booking confirmation has been issued by Iron Hill Marrakech.

 

Until then, supplier pricing, exchange rates and availability remain subject to change.

 

Iron Hill Marrakech is under no obligation to secure supplier reservations until all agreed payments have been received.

 

Where payment is delayed by the Client and supplier pricing, exchange rates or availability change before reservations are secured, Iron Hill Marrakech reserves the right to amend the price, itinerary, timings, supplier or availability accordingly.

 

Iron Hill Marrakech reserves the right to substitute a supplier, vehicle, accommodation or activity with one of an equivalent or higher standard where reasonably necessary.​

 

Payments

Payment terms are stated on the quotation and/or invoice.

 

Where agreed, individual payments may be accepted for group bookings.​

 

Booking will no be secured until all agreed payments have be received.

 

Iron Hill Marrakech is under no obligation to commence or continue supplier reservations until payment has been received in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

 

Delays in payment may result in changes to supplier pricing, exchange rates, availability or activity timings.

 

Any additional costs arising before bookings have been confirmed shall remain the responsibility of the Client.

 

Iron Hill Marrakech accepts no responsibility for supplier price increases, exchange rate fluctuations or reductions in availability resulting from delayed payment.

 

Deposits​

Where a deposit is requested, the amount payable will be stated on the quotation and/or invoice.​

 

A deposit secures Iron Hill Marrakech's commitment to commence itinerary planning, supplier sourcing, supplier liaison, reservation management and booking administration on the Client's behalf.

 

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits become non-refundable once Iron Hill Marrakech has commenced work on the booking or incurred supplier commitments, except where required by applicable law.

 

The payment of a deposit does not guarantee supplier pricing or availability until reservations have been confirmed.

 

Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellation requests must be made in writing.​

 

Unless otherwise stated on the quotation or booking confirmation:

​

• More than 30 days before the activity or arrival date: Refund less any non-refundable supplier costs and administration costs already incurred.

• 15-30 days before the activity or arrival date: Up to 50% refund, subject to supplier refund policies and any unrecoverable costs.

• 14 days or less before the activity or arrival date: No refund.

 

Once bookings have been confirmed with suppliers, any non-refundable supplier costs, reservation fees or other unrecoverable costs cannot be refunded.

 

Cancellation does not automatically entitle the Client to a full refund. Where work has commenced on the booking, including itinerary planning, supplier sourcing, obtaining quotations, negotiating rates, reservation management or booking administration, Iron Hill Marrakech reserves the right to retain a reasonable administration fee together with any non-refundable supplier costs already incurred.

 

Administrative services include, but are not limited to, preparing bespoke itineraries, obtaining and negotiating supplier quotations, communicating with suppliers, arranging reservations, coordinating logistics, processing documentation and providing customer support before departure.

 

Refunds, where applicable, will normally be processed within 14 days of agreement.

 

Requests to amend a booking must be made in writing and are subject to supplier availability.

 

Additional supplier charges or revised pricing may apply.​

​

Iron Hill Marrakech cannot guarantee that requested amendments can be accommodated once a booking has been confirmed.

 

No Shows & Unused Services

Failure to attend an agreed pickup location, transfer, tour or activity, or late arrival resulting in a missed departure shall be treated as a No Show.

 

No Shows are non-refundable.

 

Unused transfers, accommodation, tours or activities that are voluntarily missed, shortened or declined are non-refundable.

 

Missed flights, transport delays, failure to provide required documentation or other circumstances outside Iron Hill Marrakech's control do not entitle the Client to a refund unless agreed by the relevant supplier.

 

Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate passenger names, ages and contact details.​

• Providing accurate accommodation and pickup information.

• Ensuring all guests arrive at the agreed meeting point on time.​

• Holding valid passports, visas and any required travel documentation.

• Ensuring all participants satisfy any minimum age, health or licensing requirements for booked activities.

• Informing Iron Hill Marrakech of any medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements or mobility requirements which may affect participation.

 

The Client is responsible for ensuring sufficient time is allowed between transfers, tours and flights unless an itinerary has been specifically arranged by Iron Hill Marrakech.

 

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, cancellation or refusal of participation without refund.

 

Third-Party Suppliers

Iron Hill Marrakech carefully selects its suppliers but does not own or operate the majority of the tours, accommodation, transport, vehicle hire or experiences offered.

 

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Iron Hill Marrakech acts as a travel organiser, booking agent and coordinator, arranging services on behalf of Clients through independent third-party suppliers.

 

Each supplier remains solely responsible for the operation, safety, licensing and delivery of its own services and for complying with applicable local laws and regulations.

 

Iron Hill Marrakech shall not be liable for matters outside its reasonable control relating to the operation or performance of third-party services.

​

Weather & Operational Changes

Certain activities, including hot air balloon flights, mountain excursions and desert experiences, are weather dependent.

 

Activities may be amended, postponed, substituted or cancelled due to:

​

• Weather conditions.

• Government restrictions.

• Safety concerns.

• Road closures.

• Supplier operational requirements.

• Force majeure events.

• Circumstances beyond Iron Hill Marrakech's reasonable control.

 

Where reasonably possible, Iron Hill Marrakech will arrange an alternative activity, revised itinerary or pass on any refund received from the relevant supplier. Any refund remains subject to the supplier's cancellation policy.

 

Vehicle Hire

Vehicle hire is provided by approved third-party rental partners.

 

Drivers must satisfy the supplier's license, age, identification and payment requirements.

 

Security deposits, insurance excesses, Collision Damage Waivers (CDW), traffic offences, fuel charges, vehicle damage, cleaning charges, late return fees and any other rental-related charges remain the responsibility of the renter in accordance with the rental supplier's terms.

 

Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, package discounts, referral discounts and goodwill gestures are offered solely at the discretion of Iron Hill Marrakech.

 

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, promotional pricing applies only to the itinerary, group size, travel dates and payment conditions on which it was originally offered.

 

Where those conditions change before booking have been confirmed, Iron Hill Marrakech reserves the right to withdraw, amend or recalculate any promotional pricing.

 

Order of Precedence

These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations and bookings unless expressly varied in writing.

 

Where an individual quotation, itinerary, invoice or bookings confirmation contains booking-specific terms, those terms shall take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.

 

No Reliance​

These Terms & Conditions, together with the quotation, itinerary and booking confirmation, constitute the agreement between Iron Hill Marrakech and the Client.

 

The Client acknowledges that they have not relied upon any representation, statement or promise that is not expressly contained within those documents.

 

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, itineraries, graphics, logos, branding and other materials, is the property of Iron Hill Group Limited unless otherwise stated.

 

No content may be copied,  reproduced, modified, distributed or used without prior written permission.

 

Limited Liability

Iron Hill Marrakech exercises reasonable care when selecting suppliers and arranging bookings.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Hill Marrakech shall not be liable for:

• Reliance placed upon information published on this website.

• Indirect, consequential or economic loss.

• Delays or cancellations caused by airlines, transport providers or third-party suppliers.

• Weather-related disruption.

• Government restrictions.

• Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

• Injuries, accidents or losses arising from services provided by third-party suppliers.

• Inaccuracies or omissions beyond our reasonable control.

 

Nothing within these Terms exclude or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

Changes to Terms

Iron Hill Marrakech reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

 

The version published on this website at the time a booking is accepted shall apply to that booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

 

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services provided by Iron Hill Marrakech shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.​​​
