Iron Hill UK provides construction, property refurbishment and building services across London and surrounding areas.

All works are subject to a written quotation, agreed scope and availability.​

 

Quotations

All work is subject to a formal written quotation issued by Iron Hill UK.

Quotations

• Are based on information, drawings and specifications  available at the time of pricing.

• Are valid for the period stated on the quotation unless otherwise specified.

• May be revised where the project scope, specification, quantities or site conditions change.

• Exclude any works not expressly detailed within the quotation.

• Are subject to these Terms & Conditions upon acceptance.

Payment

• Deposits, stage payments and final balances are payable in accordance with the quotation and/or invoice.

• Payments must be made by the due date stated on the invoice.

• Failure to make payment when due may result in the suspension of works until all outstanding sums have been paid.

Late Payment

Where payment is not received by the due date, Iron Hill UK reserves the right to:

• Charge interest on overdue amounts where applicable by law.

• Recover any reasonable costs incurred in collecting overdue payments.

• Suspend works, deliveries or services until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Order of Precedence

These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations and projects unless expressly varied in writing. Where an individual quotation quotation contains project-specific terms, those terms shall take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.​
