How Refurbishment Projects Are Delivered
Refurbishments are structured in phases:

1. Preparation & Strip-Out
The work area is cleared back to a workable state before any new works begin.
This includes:

Removal of kitchens, bathrooms and flooring•

Strip-out of walls, ceilings and finishes where required

Waste clearance and site preparation

A clean, controlled starting point with no legacy issues affecting the build.
2. Core works (plumbing, electrical, structural where applicable)
